Zuchinni Brownies

Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded zucchini
- 2 cups flour
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 t. salt
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 t. baking soda
- 1/2 cup oil
- 2 t. vanilla
- 1/2 cup walnuts (if desired)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Grease a 9 X 13 pan.
- Sift together the dry ingredients.
- In a small bowl, mix all the wet ingredients.
- Mix the wet into the dry and stir just until blended.
- Bake about 25 minutes.
- Frost with your favorite chocolate frosting.
