Zuchinni Brownies

Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded zucchini
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 t. salt
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 t. baking soda
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 2 t. vanilla
  • 1/2 cup walnuts (if desired)


Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • Grease a 9 X 13 pan.
  • Sift together the dry ingredients.
  • In a small bowl, mix all the wet ingredients.
  • Mix the wet into the dry and stir just until blended.
  • Bake about 25 minutes.
  • Frost with your favorite chocolate frosting.
