William's Favorite Blueberry Muffins

Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup buttermilk
- 6 Tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
Directions
- Oven preheated to 375.
- Makes 12 regular sized muffins or 6 "texas" sized muffins.
- Grease and flour muffin tin before using.
- Combine all the dry ingredients.
- Add wet ingredients and blueberries all at once and stir just till blended.
- Fill muffin cups a little over half full.
- Sprinkle tops with sugar if you'd like.
- Bake 12-20 minutes depending on size of muffin.
