Whole Wheat Buttermilk Biscuits

Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 Tablespoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 cup softened butter
- 3/4 cup buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon honey
Directions
- Oven preheated to 450.
- Blend all the dry ingredients.
- Cut the soft butter into the dry.
- Add the wet ingredients all at once.
- Stir until ingredients are just blended.
- Turn out onto a floured counter and knead softly a couple times.
- Roll out to a healthly 1/2" and cut into squares or use a overturned glass to cut circles.
- Bake on an ungreased cookie sheet about 10 minutes until the edges are lightly browned and middles are firm. Do not overbake!
