Reuben Sandwiches

Ingredients
- Thin slices of corned beef
- Dark rye bread slices
- 1000 island dressing
- Swiss cheese
- Saukraut (drained)
Directions
- Lightly butter the rye bread on one side.
- Place buttered side down in a frying pan.
- Spread a little 1000 dressing on the bread.
- Layer corned beef, cheese and saurkraut and top with another piece of rye bread, buttered side out.
- Prepare like you would a grilled cheese sandwich toasting both sides until lightly browned.
