Crock Pot Swedish Meatballs

- You can buy already made meatballs in the freezer section. Pour some into the bottom of your crock pot (like maybe 24 of them to feed 4 or 5 of you). Pour a 12 oz. jar of beef gravy over the top (or you can use a can of Campbell's golden mushroom soup). Cover and let simmer on low while you go do that college thing. When you get home, boil up some noodles. While they are draining; stir about 1 cup of fat-free sour cream or 1 cup of plain, unflavored yogurt into the crock pot. Spoon meatball mixture over the hot noodles. Ta-da!!! Don't forget to eat some fruit or some veggies to balance out your meal.
