Crock Pot Pulled Pork

Ingredients

  • 2 to 4 pounds of cooked cubed pork roast
  • 1 large bottle of your favorite BBQ sauce (enough to cover the roast)
  • 1 long squeeze of honey


Directions

  • Toss everything in the crock pot.
  • Cook all day on low.
  • Pull meat apart with fork.
  • Stuff into buns of choice.
  • Serve with salad, chips, pickles, etc.
  • Freezes well (up to three months.)

Homemaking Tip

  • Whenever pork roast is on sale, I buy two. I bake both at the same time and use one for a simple pork roast dinner (with roasted potatos, carrots, etc.) and use the other (and any left over roast) for pulled pork sandwiches.
