Crock Pot Pulled Pork

Ingredients
- 2 to 4 pounds of cooked cubed pork roast
- 1 large bottle of your favorite BBQ sauce (enough to cover the roast)
- 1 long squeeze of honey
Directions
- Toss everything in the crock pot.
- Cook all day on low.
- Pull meat apart with fork.
- Stuff into buns of choice.
- Serve with salad, chips, pickles, etc.
- Freezes well (up to three months.)
Homemaking Tip
- Whenever pork roast is on sale, I buy two. I bake both at the same time and use one for
a simple pork roast dinner (with roasted potatos, carrots, etc.) and use the other (and any
left over roast) for pulled pork sandwiches.
