Chicken and Red Sauce

Ingredients
- Boneless chicken breast, trimmed and cut in half
- 1 jar of your favorite spaghetti sauce (enough to cover chicken breasts)
Directions
- Trim breasts of any fat. Rinse and pad dry.
- Arrange breasts in non-stick pan. Cover with sauce.
- Simmer for thirty minutes.
- Serve with favorite hot pasta, baugette, and hot vegetable or salad.
Homemaking Tip
- Can also be cooked in crock pot, first thing in the morning, on low.
