Chicken and Red Sauce

Ingredients

  • Boneless chicken breast, trimmed and cut in half
  • 1 jar of your favorite spaghetti sauce (enough to cover chicken breasts)


Directions

  • Trim breasts of any fat. Rinse and pad dry.
  • Arrange breasts in non-stick pan. Cover with sauce.
  • Simmer for thirty minutes.
  • Serve with favorite hot pasta, baugette, and hot vegetable or salad.

Homemaking Tip

  • Can also be cooked in crock pot, first thing in the morning, on low.
